Samurai Styles reserves all printing rights to artwork created by our firm. We will accept print jobs designed by other artists, however, if a "perfect duplication" as printed on paper is expected, the customer is responsible and required to submit a hard copy before the scheduled print time. In the event a hard copy is not provided, Samurai Styles will not be held responsible for the outcome of the print since we can only match the quality of graphic file submitted to us. Artwork to be used as graphics must be at least 300 dpi. Acceptable file formats are JPG, PSD, TIFF, EPS and AI. Please send all artwork ready to print. Otherwise, you may be charged a $50.00 fee to digitize your artwork.

Samurai Styles reserves the right to refuse the print job if we feel that the expectations are unrealistic and/or that the customer may not understand the difference between printed paper and textile material. Printing on textiles will not be the same as paper copy, nor will the inks used be the same as laser or ink jet inks. Textiles absorb inks more than paper and tend to appear darker.

The quality of textiles used will also have an affect on the finished results. Samurai Styles prefers to print on American Apparel and Bella branded merchandise. Washing textiles may also lighten the image. All screen printed textiles should be washed inside-out, in cold water and tumble-dried on low heat.

Samurai Styles accepts customer payments in the form of PayPal, Credit and Debit Cards, Money Orders, Cash or Business Checks. Once your payment is received, your Account Manager will walk you through the next steps required to complete your job, in a 30 minute phone consultation to begin your Samurai Styles design project.*

Samurai Styles reserves the right to refuse a project for any reason. In the instance a design deposit is made without prior authorization from a Samurai Styles representative, and the job is refused, a full refund of the deposit will be given in the method in which payment was originally made.

*Please note that Print Media and Screenprinted or Custom Apparel may require additional payments prior to beginning work. Additionally, all orders must be paid in full prior to shipping or customer receipt.
